Nick is a born and raised Minnesotan. He began tattooing in 2011 and spent 5 years tattooing around Minnesota before making his way to the Carolinas to focus on his art and to work with other artists. He has since moved back to Minnesota and is taking on new and challenging projects.
Nick's primary focus in tattooing is capturing realistic black and grey imagery in the skin. He occasionally creates color pieces as well. Nick is a fan of tattooing styles such as surrealism, dark art, horror, wildlife and human portraiture, geometric and blackwork pieces.
Hello Clients and Friends!
I’m excited to announce that I’m finally opening my books to SELECT new projects!
As usual, I’d love to focus on new and exciting concepts and/or pieces to push myself artistically. Below will be a short list of things I would like to do:
-Horror portraits or related subject matter
-Portraits inspired by movies, music, celebrities or athletes
-Portraits of pets
-Portraits of family members (no, not your spouse or significant other)
-Wildlife or nature inspired imagery
-Blackwork/Blackouts
-Geometric/Mandalas (preferably large scale)
-Music/musician related imagery (instruments, etc)
-Cars/automotive/motorsport related imagery
-Surrealist art (original or inspired by living or past artists)
-Eyes
-Skulls (human or otherwise)
-Space/Sci-fi related
-Aliens or related
-Video game related portraits or subject matter (nerdier the better)
I’m keeping an open mind, but there are things I feel I’ve done too much of. If an idea is submitted and doesn’t fit me or my style artistically, I’m happy to refer you to a coworker or another artist I would trust to execute the piece to a high standard.
In order to submit, please contact via FB messenger or at tattooinkkings@gmail.com
I appreciate all of you for your continued support and creativity. I look forward to hearing your ideas and seeing what we can come up with and accomplish.
Much love!
-Nick
